Credit Cards    We can now accept payment via PayPal 

To order from us please read the following information. It will hopefully answer all your questions, but if not please get in touch with us.

General Information

When ordering from us it is very helpful if you can provide an email address so that we can keep you informed of the progress of your order or of any problems that might arise. We will not give this out to any third party or send any unsolicited emails. If it is the first time you have ordered from us, it would be very helpful if you could tell us where you found out about TableScape and what kind of games you intend to use our products for.

We try to keep in stock a number of each item in our catalogue.  Sometimes we may not have enough of a particular item for your order.  If this happens we will advise you of this, and let you know when your order is ready to send out.

Prices on the website are subject to alteration without prior notice, and we will endeavour to keep the this site as up to date as possible. Any underpayment for an order will result in the order being held until the additional amount is received.  All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), and we can only accept payment in this currency.


You can order for our products in one of two ways:

  • Via our website

    Use the PayPal "Add to Cart" buttons.  You must then pay via PayPal or using a credit or debit card (see below).

  • By phone, email or letter

    Send us a list of what you require.  See our contact details for where to send your list.

Whichever way you order please be sure to provide a correct delivery address, including postal code.  If you are ordering from overseas, please try and include the address in the normal local format.  This greatly aides the local delivery service in your country.  It is also very useful if you can provide an email address so that we can keep you informed of the progress of your order and advise you of any delays or problems.


  • Using PayPal

    If you have used the PayPal "Add to Cart" buttons on the Catalogue pages you can then pay from your PayPal account.  Postage for UK customers will be calculated and added automatically.  For overseas customers please see below for information about postage costs.

  • Using a Credit or Debit Card

    If you would like to use a credit or debit card then you must use the PayPal "Add to Cart" buttons.  At the check out stage you can provide your card details and pay even though you don't have a PayPal account.  Postage for UK customers will be calculated and added automatically.  For overseas customers please see below for information about postage costs.

    We can now also accept payment directly from credit and debit cards in person, when the car holder is present. This is only available for MasterCard and Visa issued cards. We cannot accept credit card payment by telephone.

  • Cheque

    You can pay using a sterling (GBP) cheque drawn on a UK bank.  We cannot accept non-sterling cheques or cheques drawn on non-UK banks.  Write, email or phone us with a list of what you require, calculate the total and add the postage (see below) and send us the cheque.  Alternatively ask us to calculate the cost and postage for you.  We will advise you of the total and then you can send us a cheque. Please make cheques payable to "Mr C Rees".

    For overseas customers it is better to contact us with your requirements and allow us to calculate the postage before sending us payment.  This will avoid the possibility of needing to send a second cheque, or of overpaying for postage.

  • Direct Bank Transfer

    You can also pay by transferring payment directly into our bank account.  This is easiest, and generally free, for UK bank customers using internet or telephone banking.  If you wish to use this method please contact us with details of your requirements and we will provide the information you need to make the payment.

Once we have received the payment we will send out your order.  If you have any questions about the method of payment you wish to use, or wish to use a different method, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

Postage and Shipping

Postage costs depend upon the delivery destination.  Orders are dispatched as soon as payment has been received and cleared.  If there are any items that are not in stock we will advise you of this and let you know when the package is sent.  We always endeavour to use the cheapest method of shipping.  For overseas customers this may mean that the order is sent in more than one parcel.  We will advise you if this is the case.

We have no objection to customers arranging their own shipping, at their own cost, and having packages collected from us.  If you wish to do this please contact us so that we can confirm arrangements.

UK Destinations

Orders will normally be sent out using a courier service or Royal Mail.  Delivery normally takes three to five days, but can be longer.

If you ordered using the "Add to Cart" PayPal buttons then postage for delivery to UK destinations will be automatically calculated and added to the total.  If you order in any other way then you need to add the cost postage based upon the total value of the goods you have ordered.  The rates are as follows:

Overseas Destinations

Packages to overseas destinations are usually sent out by Royal Mail Airmail.  This allows packages up to 2Kg to be sent, subject to some size restrictions.  Heavier or larger packages have to be sent by courier.  In some cases orders may be shipped as multiple packages using Royal Mail, if this would result in lower shipping costs.

Our policy is to charge for any difference between our standard UK postage charges (see above) and the cost of sending the package.  If there are any additional postage cost to pay we will contact you to advise you of the amount and arrange for payment.  For customers paying via PayPal we normally send a payment request to their PayPal account for the additional amount.

Customs Charges and Tax

For packages to overseas destinations we only charge the cost of the products ordered and their delivery. Customers are liable for any local customs charge or applicable taxes. We are currently not UK VAT registered, and so no VAT is included in our prices.

Returns and Damaged Goods

We will replace any items that arrive damaged in transit.  If any of your items arrive in a damaged state please contact us.  It would be helpful to us if, where possible, you can take photographs of the package and contents, especially of any visible damage.  We will advise you how to return them, and will refund any postage cost incurred, provided our instructions are followed.  Replacement goods will be provided at no additional cost.

Orders may be cancelled in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  If you wish to cancel you order under this provision we will refund you the full cost of your order including any postage.  We will require you to return the good to us in an unused condition and for you to pay the cost of returning the goods.  Customers should be aware that they have a "duty of care" with regard to the goods they are returning. Goods being returned should be re-package in a suitable manner for shipping so that we receive them in an undamaged condition.
